Ordering Information & Terms and Conditions (Wholesale)

1. General

We take great care to ensure all product descriptions, images, prices, and availability on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to update or change information at any time without prior notice.

Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of goods returned in original condition. We are not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of this site or our products.

2. Wholesale Terms

• Minimum Order Value: The minimum wholesale order is €200 (excluding VAT and shipping).

• Pricing: All prices are listed in euros and are exclusive of VAT and shipping unless otherwise stated.

• Lead Time: Most orders are printed on demand. Please allow approximately 5–10 working days for processing, depending on order volume.

• Custom Orders: Special products or requests may require additional time and are non-returnable unless faulty.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment

• Orders are confirmed via email once submitted.

• Payment is due in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payment via major credit cards, bank transfer, or Shopify Payments.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping, but you may be charged for any costs already incurred (e.g. print setup, admin).

• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

5. Returns

• If you need to return an item, please contact us first for a return authorization number.

• Returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

• Returns are made at your own cost and risk, including any import/customs fees we incur.

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless items are faulty.

We do not accept returns on personalized, customized, or made-to-order goods unless they are damaged or defective.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via our preferred carriers with tracking.

• All shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

7. Ownership & Copyright

All designs, artworks, and product concepts remain the intellectual property of Aritmeticas. Unauthorized reproduction or resale outside of agreed wholesale terms is strictly prohibited.
